TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP?

We ship to mostly all international destinations. If you have any inquiries about delivery destinations and restrictions, please contact us directly. We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We can only ship to one address per order.  If the order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, these items need to be placed as separate orders for each address.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will charge a flat rate for shipping:

Hong Kong & Macau - HK$30 (FREE SHIPPING if purchase over HK$500)

Malaysia, Singapore & Taiwan  - HK$80
Mainland China - HK$70
All other destinations/Worldwide - HK$200


Shipping is calculated automatically and the cost will be included with your order at check out.
Orders are generally sent out within 3-10 business days of confirmation of the order.  
Shipping period varies for destinations out of HK. We are unable to redirect orders once the items are dispatched, please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address.

WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS?

There are international import and export regulations that we must adhere to.
For some destinations, delays in delivery may be due to local customs clearance procedures and additional taxes that may be levied. Kindly note that any additional customs taxes and clearance fees will not be borne by DearestGrace. If you have any inquiries, please contact your local customs office for more information. 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, Dearest does not offer refunds and exchanges. Please email us at cs@dearest.com.hk within 3 days of receipt of your purchase for any defective products.  Requests made after this deadline will not be granted. The return item(s) must be sent out within 3 days after making the exchange request. Items should be returned new, unused and in its original packaging of Dearest. Items which are not received in the above conditions will not be exchanged.
